• Elvitegravir + cobicistat + tenofovir

Protease inhibitor (PI):

• Atazanavir + cobicistat or ATV/c
• Darunavir + cobicistat or DRV/c

Non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NNRTIs):

• Doravirine + tenofovir disoproxil fumarate + lamivudine or DOR/TDF/3TC
• Rilpivirine + tenofovir alafenamide + emtricitabine or RPV/TAF/FTC

Nucleoside/nucleotide reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NRTIs):   

• Abacavir + lamivudine or ABC/3TC
• Abacavir + lamivudine + zidovudine or ABC/3TC/ZDV
